Music Resources
At Westview, our worship style is called a cappella which means we do not use instrumentation. We rely on the vocal fellowship of the congregation to lift praise God! Hallal Music was started in 1989 by Ken Young in Lubbock, TX. Since that time, it has had a presence worldwide among a cappella services with their ability to take both classic hymns and modern Christian music and adapt it to an a cappella format. Much of the music we sing was arranged by Hallal, and Ken has also written many original worship songs we incorporate in our services. In 1997, The ZOE Group was formed after some of its earliest members spent two years studying the concept of real worship renewal. They focused on adapting contemporary Christian music for a cappella worship services. They believed worship was more than an action and represented a way of life for Christians. "ZOE" is a Greek term used through the New Testament meaning "the absolute fullness of life." Check out the links below learn more about The ZOE Group and explore their music.

RightNow Media
RightNow Media is a Christian alternative to much of the secular streaming services that exist. It is primarily a resource for documentaries and various Bible studies. This is a resource available to all Westview members. If you are a member of our congregation, reach out to us and we will help you get connected. This service offers studies geared specifically towards men, women, ministers, college students, youth groups, families, and includes a variety of children's shows.
